We are currently hiring front office and clinical staff for Black Oak Clinic LLC. We are looking for exceptional candidates that exhibit an amazing work ethic, high energy level and that can show compassion and empathy to our patients. We only want the best! We will be doing interviews on December 28th 2017 and January 4th 2018. Candidates should bring a valid state ID and social security card, as well as a copy of their shot records. They need to have a recent TB screen, be up to date on all vaccines and immunizations. Influenza vaccine is mandatory for employment. You can get a copy of your shot records from the local health department, and they can provide vaccines and TB screen free or at low cost to you, these can also be done by your current primary care provider. Healthcare experience is preferred, bilingual is a plus, and must be technologically savvy. We are looking for positive, good natured and kind people that are interested in doing good works for the people of our community. We want employees that have a willingness to learn, are of a flexible mindset, and are able to work well in a team atmosphere. Employees will have to pass a background check & urine drug screen at time of employment and as needed throughout their employment. Employees will have a strict dress code which includes black nursing scrubs with name and credentials/position and our logo (clean/pressed or ironed), clean shoes (black, white or gray) and must wear identification at all times during business hours. Personal hygiene must be at the highest standards. Initial pay will be based on experience, pay raises will be available at regular intervals and based on merit to reward and retain valuable employees.
